Equipment Rentals
The base rent for facilities includes tables and chairs. Stage equipment included in the base rent consists of the following: the stage house curtains, border lights, wash lights on curtain and stage.
The facility renter is required to pay for any staff time if adjustments, modifications or additions are required for the theater lights or sound system. See the Department Equipment Rental rate sheet for additional charges for theater lights.
The Department has various types of additional equipment and services that are available for rental with facility use, such as tv/VCRs, overhead projectors, flip charts, portable risers, pianos, and theater lights.
