Well & Septic Handouts/Forms/Applications

There are some duplicate CNI (Construction Inspection) and BPC (Building Plan Check) handouts due to building code changes that became effective January 1, 2008. The version including an x in the title of the form is to be used only for construction projects that were submitted prior to January 1, 2008. For example: Special Inspection and Testing Procedure, CNI-010x (Pre Jan 1 2008 Projects). For all projects submitted on or after January 1, 2008, refer to the form without an x in the title.
